Size

Two-piece skirt set. The top has a bohemian, lose fit with spaghetti straps. It is made from a suede-like fabric that has a metallic, iridescent print. The top does not stretch.

The skirt is form-fitting. The front is made with the same fabric as the skirt, the back is made with a stretchy lycra, and the side panels are a thick, knitted lace. 

Model's body measurements are: Bust 34D, waist 26, hips 41. Height 5'5 with heels on. Length of items may stop longer on her than someone who is taller!

This item can be customized!  Items made to measurements are not returnable.

Shipping & Handling

Please allow 5 business days to process your (Ready to Ship items). A lot of times your order may ship in 1-2 business days upon ordering but we ask for up to 5 business days to be safe. Most items are made upon order (Angel Brinks Collection & Pre-Order). We request a estimated 15 business days before shipping out. A lot of orders may be custom, and we can not rush perfection. If you require RUSH shipping, there may be an additional production fee along with an additional shipping fee by the carrier of your choice. Please keep in mind we cannot control rush delivery fees by the shipping carrier. All RUSH orders should be called in first to confirm accuracy of inventory. Please do not order rush items without consulting with one of our associates. We need to confirm it can be done before you purchase to avoid disappointment or your funds being held. Being that we are online and considered 24 hours, it can be possible for inventory to not be completely accurate. Our regular standard shipping is Priority Mail by USPS, 2-3 business day delivery (including Saturdays) AFTER we ship your package. The shipping fee added to your cart includes, the weight of the product, tracking number confirmation, shipping and handling. Please note we do offer free shipping on orders that spend $500 and up(only in the U.S.) International shipping is not offered free shipping. Once a package has shipped, please note that AngelBrinks.com is not responsible for any potential delay after item has been sent as it is provided by the carrier and may vary with package origin and destination. The selection of shipping options are available to you upon checkout. All packages require a signature, if you would like to remove we can do so after a release form is filled out and returned via scan/email or fax!

Should we run into a problem where our risk department flags your order, this will delay your order. This happens when something is wrong with the information you inserted at the time of checkout. Whether, it came up as incorrect billing information, or CVV code, or as a possible fraudulent transaction, we may ask for a credit card card authorization form be filled out and sent back to us. Click on this link: please fill out this form and return it to us as soon as possible. Please understand that having a mismatch in the billing and shipping address you provide can delay your order.

 

Standard Priority Shipping ($15.00-$56.00) 

This selection means you will receive your shipment 2-3 business days AFTER we ship your package. If your package can ship the same day, it will arrive 2 or 3 business days later. If we ship your package 2 business days later, it'll arrive 2 or 3 business days later. And so on, and so forth. Standard shipping is NOT a guaranteed service. Although 95% of the time our customers receive their package in 2-3 business days, USPS standard priority shipping does not guarantee 2-3 business day shipping. For more guaranteed shipping, please select rush shipping.

 

 

Rush/Overnight Shipping ($50.00 - $70.00, and sometimes higher)

We get a lot of customers who wait last minute to order, and expect us to work miracles. This is the shipping method for you. Not only will you get your package the next business day after it ships, but it's guaranteed by the Post Office of your choice (USPS or FEDEX). We guarantee to do our job to ship the package, and they guarantee having your package delivered the following business day. They have either early morning deliveries, or by noon. These packages are mainly signature required packages, and someone needs to be home to sign for it. We ask that you only select this shipping method if you absolutely have to have your package the following business day. So please try your best to order sooner than later. Rushing a package is recommended only for returning customers or customers who are sure of their size. We want our customers to be happy with sizing of our items and have ample time to return/exchange if need be. Angel Brinks Fashion is not responsible for you rushing your order and the selection of your size. If you paid this amount for International shipping, this amount does not apply for rush shipping. This amount is standard pricing for International shipping. We do however, do our best to ship ASAP, selecting DHL at checkout may cost more, but its the absolute best tracking method since some issues can arise with International packages.

 

Expedited/Overnight/Rush Delivery

Please keep in mind when selecting overnight delivery with Fed Ex, DHL, or USPS, we are not responsible for any problems that may occur should the package not arrive on time. Although they are extremely reliable, and promise a certain day and time guaranteed, anything can happen. We do our part and make sure we get your package to them on time, but we do not work for the shipping carriers so we can't be responsible for their mishaps. If a problem should occur we will assist you in every way that we can, but please call them first.


International Orders

The website is equipped to process international orders. However, depending on the weight of the product, quantity, and location, prices may vary. If this should happen, whatever you paid for shipping in your shopping cart will be used towards the final shipping amount. Please make sure to provide an accurate email and phone number. Also please keep in mind, Angel Brinks Fashions is not responsible for any duty fees or delays that may occur from the international shipping company. 

Returns

In the event of a return, please take the time to fill out the back of your receipt along with the return. We would like to know the reason for the return so we can better serve our customers. When initially trying on your Angel Brinks fit, please try them on delicately. We inspect each and every single item before they are shipped, as they are carefully hand folded one by one, with gloves. The more careful you are trying them on, the less issues can arise. We no longer will be processing refunds as of January 2014.

Shoe Returns

Shoes must be unused and must not show any signs of wear.  

Upon returning your item, please follow these guidelines:

1. Please make sure the item has not been worn, and all tags are attached. We sell out of our items so quick that there is someone else most probably wanting what you are returning. In some cases this may have happened to you. So we ask that you return the item nicely so that another customer can buy a non-used/worn item.

2. Your package must be postmarked within 7 business days after receiving the item from Angel Brinks Fashion (which can be determined from tracking your item).

3. When shipping your return, please return the package with USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Tracking is important to prove you shipped it back. USPS also offers free envelopes with Priority Mail. 
There are 3 ways to process your return:

Please allow up to 2 days to process your return. We receive our mail in the afternoon, so it may take the following business day to start the process.

Angel Brinks Collections

Welcome to the world of Angel Brinks. These designs are exclusive Angel Brinks designs. Most Angel Brinks' pieces can take up to 15 business days to ship out of our store (please not this timeframe is estimated and can take longer for certain materials). We fully manufacture and produce all Angel Brinks pieces in our very own manufacturing shop. Depending on our waiting list and the day you order, will determine when your order will ship out. It can be anywhere from 5-15 business days (estimated). If you would like to rush an Angel Brinks item or be placed at the top of our priority list, what we call VIP, please select our rush production option at check out. 

Product color and quality as seen on a monitor may vary slightly compared to actual items due to photography lighting conditions and individual screen color calibration. Any fabrics used for garments from the Angel Brinks Collection, may change due to quantity of supply. But we make sure to keep the fabric within the same general type (lycra, vinyl, mesh, sequined fabric, Feathers etc). Please contact us directly for questions regarding additional item details.

Fit: Garments are not guaranteed to fit as pictured due to unique body shapes. Garments will appear to have a better fit at the proper size. A larger garment will lay flatter across the hips versus a smaller garment causing tension at the seams. It is recommended to have garments tailored to the proper size for the best fit.

Custom Orders

Shipping is still 2-3 business days after that, for all RUSH orders please call in. Most custom orders are just that, CUSTOM. Please understand that we do our best to accommodate them, so please do your best to provide accurate measurements because we can not honor exchanges or refunds. Simply because the order may be a custom design that was your request and not ours, or a custom size that would be merely impossible to find another’s interest or re-sell.

In regards to Angel Brinks Denim by Vittoria Antionette or Thorobreadz Jeanz:

Design: All denim items are handmade, painted, dyed, distressed, and washed. No two items are the exact same. Tie dye is fiber-reactive meaning a chemical reaction takes place between the dye and the fabric. Fabric dye works best on cotton. AB Jeans have at least 2% spandex and occasional polyester blends for a better fitting jean. However, these jeans are more difficult to dye and strip of color.  

Fit: Garments are not guaranteed to fit as pictured due to unique body shapes. Garments will appear to have a better fit at the proper size. A larger garment will lay flatter across the hips versus a smaller garment causing tension at the seams. It is recommended to have garments tailored to the proper size for the best fit.

Denim Wash: The item description states garments will vary in color and design because they are handmade. We order large quantities of denim and it is not guaranteed the dye lot will be the exact same each time. Similar to tie dye, slight differences in temperature, dyeing time, and other factors can result in different shades of the same color between different dye lots of identical products.

SHIPPING

Standard Priority Shipping ($14.00) 

This selection means you will receive your shipment 2-3 business days AFTER we ship your package. If your package can ship the same day, it will arrive 2 or 3 business days later. If we ship your package 2 business days later, it'll arrive 2 or 3 business days later. And so on, and so forth. Keep in mind, this is all estimated time frames. We cannot control the delivery service timeframe once your item has left our store.

 

Express/Overnight Shipping ($45.00 - $65.00, and sometimes higher)

RETURNS

Our policy states that we do NOT OFFER RETURNS. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer exchanges and store credit to use at a future time. All boutique, Angel Brinks Collection and made to order items must be received within 7 days after receiving the package that will determined from the shipping carrier tracking information. (If we make the exception and accept a late exchange, we have the right of charging a 30% restocking fee.)

Due to unfortunate experiences, we do not accept damaged, dirty, warn, items that are exchanged. Please make sure if you do decide to exchange an item, you must return the item in perfect condition. Returned items that are not sent back properly cannot be resold if the item returned is damaged. You must try on all items with no make up, bronzer, deodorant, body odor, dirt, or spray tan bronzers. Please be cautious trying on items with anything sharp that can rip, tear, or damage the item. If you do decide to exchange the item with any of these issues, we have the right to ship it back to you, refuse the shipment, or deduct 15% from the credit on your exchange.

Restocking Fee

AS OF NOVEMBER 1, 2014, WE HAVE THE RIGHT AND WILL START CHARGING 10% RESTOCKING FEES FOR UNFORESEEN SITUATIONS CAUSED BY A CUSTOMER. IF YOU DECIDE TO REFUSE A PACKAGE OR "CHANGE YOUR MIND" AFTER WE'VE ALREADY SHIPPED YOUR ITEM, WE HAVE TO RIGHT TO CHARGE 10% OF THE ITEM.

Information Collected

Information is collected from a number of places on the web site including customer order and account registration forms. The goal in collecting this information is to make ordering more efficient and your shopping experience more meaningful.

Registration and Ordering

During the order process we will ask you for information including, but not limited to your name, shipping and billing address, phone number, email address, and credit card number. These kinds of personal information are used for billing purposes, to fulfill your orders, to communicate with you about your order and our site, and for internal marketing purposes. If we encounter a problem when processing your order, we use the personal information to contact you.

Notice to our Customers

When you place an order, the amount is only authorized until we capture the final amount. On your end, your bank will put the funds on hold. We process all transactions this way because we don't want to collect your funds until we are sure we can ship your item. In the event your item is unavailable, sold out, or your size is sold out or on back order, we will contact you to inform you of your options. At that time, we haven't shipped your item, so we can release the funds back to you. In the event we release the funds, please be aware it's considered a VOID and NOT a refund. Like renting a car, they'll hold your funds until captured, we do the same. Once voided, www.AngelBrinks.com will disappear off your pending transaction, so please don't be alarmed when you don't see a credit back on your account. You won't see a charge or debit. If your item(s) say PRE-ORDER, if this item(s) happens to be available, it will be shipped right away. If not, pre-orders can take anywhere from 14-30 business days, depending on the item. Please call (323) 455-2336 before you order so we can give you an estimate time of arrival on your desired item(s).

Once we ship your package and a charge back is filed against the company, we will report you to the FBI for internet credit card fraud which is a serious crime. Please note that your IP address is captured amongst other things and will trace back to you. The shipping carriers provide very accurate information as well, so please understand that this is NO FRAUD TOLERANCE online store. You may be sent to collections, as it is our right to retrieve funds from fraudulent orders.

Email Addresses

In addition to the order and registration forms we may ask you to enter your email address for purposes including but not limited to: to register for a contest; participate in surveys; or to sign up for our email newsletter and special offers. Your participation in a contest is completely voluntary, so you have a choice whether to participate and disclose information to us. We use this information to notify contest winners and to award prizes. We may post on our Site the names and cities of contest winners.
