Return and Exchange Policy
At Angel Brinks Fashion, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece. While refunds are not offered, we gladly provide:
• Exchanges
• Store credit for future purchases
Store credit does not expire and remains available until fully used.
It may be applied toward any future purchase on our website.
🚫 No Refunds Policy (All Sales Final)
Due to the handcrafted, made-to-order nature of our garments and the hygiene standards required for apparel, Angel Brinks Fashion does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Once an order is placed, it enters production and cannot be canceled or refunded. Made-to-Order items are final once purchased.
Exchanges or store credit may be granted in accordance with the guidelines below, but refunds are not permitted.
If a customer files a chargeback instead of following our return process, all supporting documentation—including timestamps, tracking, compliance with stated policies, and photos of the item prior to shipment—will be provided to the bank.
🔒 Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
• Masks
• Bathing suits
• Undergarments
• Custom-made garments
• Personalized items
• Items marked as Sale or purchased at a discounted price
Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion.
⚡ Flash Sales, Promotions & Price Adjustments
From time to time, Angel Brinks Fashion may offer flash sales or limited-time promotions for holidays, live shows, special events, or promotional campaigns.
A flash sale is a temporary promotional discount offered for a short period of time. These promotions do not mean an item is being discontinued, clearanced, or reduced due to lack of demand. Many items included in flash sales are among our most popular styles.
Once the promotional window ends, items return to their regular retail price.
Please note:
• Promotional pricing is valid only during the active promotional period
• Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases
• We do not offer price adjustments on prior orders, whether the item has shipped, is awaiting shipment, or is already in production
Orders placed earlier maintain their priority place in the production queue, while flash sale purchases enter production in the order they are received.
Purchasing the same item again during a promotional event for the purpose of returning the original full-price order is not permitted and may result in the return being denied or subject to a restocking fee.
Promotional pricing cannot be applied to previous purchases under any circumstances.
🔁 Exchanges
We offer complimentary U.S. ground shipping on size exchanges of the same item.
If you need a different color, style, or prefer store credit instead, standard shipping rates will apply.

🧷 Quality Assurance & Defective Items
At Angel Brinks Fashion, every item is carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. However, in rare cases, an issue may be missed.
If you believe you have received a defective or damaged item, please submit a return request through our Returns Portal and include clear photos of the concern.
• If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will provide a return label and resolve the issue promptly.
• If, upon review, the item shows signs of wear, damage, or misuse after delivery, the return may not be approved, or the customer may be responsible for return shipping.We kindly ask that you work with our team to resolve any concerns. We are committed to finding a fair solution and are always happy to assist.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us and allowing us the opportunity to resolve the issue may be considered a violation of the Terms & Conditions agreed to at checkout.
✅ Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

All original tags must be attached

Package must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date

Shoes must show no signs of wear

Return must include a tracking number for proof of shipment
Items returned with makeup, deodorant, bronzer, perfume, or bodily stains may incur a dry-cleaning fee, deducted from the issued store credit.

Custom-made items, including garments with personalized sizing, added coverage, sleeve changes, or other modifications, are:

Non-cancelable once production begins
