Ready-to-Ship items may ship sooner.
Made-to-Order items may take up to 15 business days before shipping.
- All time frames are estimated and not guaranteed.
Custom orders require additional production time, as quality and craftsmanship are our top priorities.
For Rush Shipping, both a production fee and a carrier upgrade may apply.
- Customers must contact us prior to placing a rush order to confirm availability and inventory.

Orders are fulfilled according to our production schedule and not based on customer event dates.
Because our items are handmade and made to order, cancellations are not permitted once production has begun.
Refunds are not issued for made-to-order items. However, customers may return eligible items for exchange or store credit in accordance with our return policy.
By completing checkout, customers agree to all terms and conditions, including production and shipping timelines.
