⚡ Flash Sales & Promotional Pricing

From time to time, Angel Brinks Fashion may offer limited-time promotions, flash sales, holiday discounts, or live event pricing.

A flash sale is a temporary promotional event offered for a short period of time. These promotions do not mean an item is discontinued, permanently discounted, or placed on clearance due to lack of demand. Many items included in flash sales are among our most popular styles.

Once the promotional period ends, items return to their regular retail price.

Please note:

• Promotional pricing is valid only during the active promotional window
• Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases
• We do not offer price adjustments on prior orders, whether shipped, awaiting shipment, or already in production
• Orders placed earlier maintain their priority position in the production queue

Customers attempting to place duplicate orders during promotional periods for the purpose of returning a prior full-price purchase may have the return denied or subject to restocking fees in accordance with our Refund Policy.

By placing an order on AngelBrinks.com, you acknowledge and agree to these promotional pricing terms.

🪡 Made-to-Order & Custom Garments

By purchasing a Made-to-Order or custom item, you acknowledge:

  • Production begins after the order is placed

  • Production may take up to 15+ business days (not including weekends or holidays)

  • Custom measurements must be provided accurately

  • Custom pieces are final sale

  • Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified

We do not guarantee delivery by event dates.
If you need an item by a certain date, you must contact us before ordering.

⭐ Custom Sizing & Customization Fees

Custom sizing, length adjustments, added coverage, sleeves, or any design modifications may require additional production fees.
These fees vary based on the complexity of the request and will be quoted before production begins.

Custom pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

⚡ Rush Production

If Rush Production is selected:

  • Rush production is estimated 7–10 business days

  • Rush fees are non-refundable

  • Rush production does not include expedited shipping

  • Rush is not guaranteed unless pre-approved

  • Rush requests must be submitted within 24 hours of ordering

Selecting rush does not obligate us to meet specific event dates.

Rush Production Policy

Rush production is not automatic and must be approved prior to purchase.

Rush orders require advance approval because they depend on current production capacity, staffing, and scheduling. Approval allows us to review our production calendar and confirm whether a rush order can realistically be accommodated.

If a customer selects and pays for Rush Production at checkout without prior approval, the following applies:

  • We will attempt to expedite the order faster than standard production time

  • Rush processing is NOT guaranteed without prior approval

  • No specific delivery or completion date is guaranteed

  • The order will be prioritized as resources allow, but it may not be placed on our official rush calendar

In these cases, the rush fee means the order will be processed faster than normal, typically at approximately half of the standard production time, but timing is estimated only and not guaranteed.

All rush requests are subject to:

  • Production availability

  • Order complexity

  • Materials and staffing at the time of review

For guaranteed rush placement and confirmed timing, customers must contact us for approval before purchasing rush production.

❌ Cancellation Policy

Effective February 5, 2026

Due to the made-to-order nature of our garments, production begins immediately after an order is placed, including fabric preparation, embellishment placement, and production scheduling.

For this reason, Made-to-Order and custom items cannot be canceled once an order has been placed. The previous 24–48 hour cancellation window for Made-to-Order items is no longer in effect.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, production timelines, and policies before completing checkout.

Orders Eligible for Cancellation

Orders placed from the following collections may still be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already shipped:

• In-Stock Collection
• Ready-to-Ship Collection
• Clearance Collection

Once an order from these collections has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Missed event dates, misunderstanding production timelines, or failure to read product details do not qualify an order for cancellation or refund.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

  • No refunds

  • Exchanges or store credit only

  • Custom, personalized, or altered garments are final sale

  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned within our posted timeframes

  • Dry-cleaning fees may apply to items returned with makeup, odor, or stains

💸 Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply for:

  • Customer-caused issues

  • Refused deliveries

  • Canceled orders after shipping

  • Sale item returns (if accepted at our discretion)

📦 Shipping, Delivery & Carrier Liability

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

By purchasing, you acknowledge:

  • All delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, weather issues, or routing changes

  • Once the package is handed to USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or any carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier

  • Signature is required for most orders unless a Release Form is completed

  • If you waive signature, you accept all liability for lost or stolen packages

🔏 Proof of Delivery

A carrier’s confirmation of delivery constitutes official proof of delivery, including:

  • GPS-confirmed delivery

  • Signature confirmation (stylized or abbreviated signatures included)

  • Carrier scan showing “Delivered” at the correct address

Angel Brinks Fashion is not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages delivered to the correct address but unclaimed

  • Packages damaged or misplaced after delivery

📬 Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Missed delivery attempts

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failure to retrieve the package

You are responsible for:

  • Reshipment postage

  • Any applicable restocking fees

After 45 days, unclaimed items may be restocked, resold, or donated.
Refunds will not be issued.

🚫 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing, you agree:

  • Chargebacks are not permitted for Made-to-Order or custom items

  • Filing a chargeback without returning merchandise is considered fraud

  • We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent disputes

  • Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks may be banned from future purchases

If there is an issue, contact Customer Service directly — do not file a chargeback.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

🛑 Termination

We may terminate access to the website at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms.

Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from the site.
