MADE-TO-ORDER: WHY WE DO IT 💫

At Angel Brinks Fashion, many of our fabrics are limited edition—once they're gone, they're truly gone. We source specialty materials that elevate each look, and we’re intentional about how we use every inch of it.

In the past, we produced a set number of pieces in standard sizes before releasing a design (for example: 200 smalls, 100 mediums, 100 larges). But over time, we noticed a few important things:

  • Once the fabric ran out, we couldn’t fulfill requests for different sizes or tweaks

  • Some sizes sold out fast, while others didn’t move—creating waste

  • Many customers missed out simply because we didn’t anticipate demand in their size

  • Designs we thought would appeal to one size group were actually loved by everyone—including curvier and plus-size customers

So we made a change: now, our pieces are made-to-order.

When you shop with us:

  • Your piece is made just for you, after you place your order

  • You can request custom sizing or style adjustments (sleeveless, longer, more coverage, etc.) — custom fees may apply

  • We produce based on real-time demand — whether we get 10 smalls or 200 larges, everyone gets a fair chance

We often use the same fabric to create different designs—so offering multiple style options from one luxurious fabric roll allows more variety without wasting material. That’s why we’re extra careful not to cut or overproduce items that may not be needed—we want to make sure every inch of fabric is used intentionally.

This process helps us stay sustainable, inclusive, and exclusive—all at once.

At Angel Brinks Fashion, every piece is made to make a statement. Our collections are limited edition, designed in small batches to keep your look exclusive and unforgettable.

Because of this, we do not mass produce or frequently restock many items. When something is purchased and later returned, it may no longer feel showroom-perfect. Items that are tried on, stretched, or returned with makeup or fragrance are often unsellable.

This means:

  • Someone else missed their chance to own that one-of-a-kind look

  • We may be left with inventory we can’t resell at full price

  • It creates waste—especially harmful for a brand built on mindful fashion

  • It ties up time and resources for our small team

🔁 OUR RETURN POLICY:

We accept exchanges or store credit only—no refunds. All sale items and custom-made pieces are final sale.

📦 IMPORTANT ORDER INFORMATION

Order Processing & Delays

Due to high order volumes, delays may occur. Most items are made-to-order, which can take up to 15+ business days to produce (excluding weekends and holidays). All timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Custom Orders / Angel Brinks Collection

  • Call (323) 455-2336 before placing a custom or made-to-order item.

  • Production may take up to 15+ business days.

  • You may add Rush Order Shipping — call to confirm eligibility after ordering.

  • Custom orders require accurate measurements.

  • Non-standard sizes may incur additional production fees.

  • No exchanges or refunds are accepted for custom orders.

Note: Rush orders must be canceled within 24 hours to avoid a restocking fee. Once production starts, it cannot be undone.


🔁 Restocking Fee

  • As of Nov 1, 2016, we may charge up to 30% restocking for customer-caused issues.

  • Changing your mind, refusing delivery, or canceling after shipping may incur fees.

  • Non-custom orders must be canceled within 48 hours to avoid restocking fees.

  • Sale item returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.


❌ Cancellations

We cannot cancel orders due to missed event dates. Most of our pieces are made upon order, not based on your event timeline. Plan ahead and order early.

Rush requests are not guaranteed but may help. Contact us prior to ordering if you're on a deadline.


🪡 Made-to-Order

  • Production time: up to 15+ business days

  • Rush production (estimated 7–10 days) is available for a $75 fee

  • Rush orders must be requested within 24 hours of ordering

  • Rush fee is non-refundable and cannot be added after 48 hours

Delays may still occur due to high demand or supply chain issues.

If you order a made-to-order item with other items in the same order, everything will ship together. For faster shipping, purchase separately.


⚡ Rush Production Fee

The $75 rush fee prioritizes your order ahead of standard ones. Our sewers work set hours and embellished designs take 3–4 hours each—rush helps cover overtime for urgent requests.

Rush does not include expedited shipping—that is handled by the carrier. Rush production and expedited shipping are separate services.


🧼 Dry-Cleaning Fee

Returns with makeup, bronzer, odors, or bodily stains will incur a dry-cleaning fee, deducted from store credit.


🚫 Chargeback Policy

By ordering, you agree to our terms, including:

  • You must acknowledge processing time before checkout.

  • Chargebacks are not permitted for made-to-order items.

  • Damaged orders? Contact us—do not file a chargeback.

If a chargeback is filed without returning the product, we reserve the right to take legal action. Fraudulent chargebacks are a federal offense and result in being banned from future purchases.


📬 Unclaimed Packages Policy

  1. Notification & Holding Period: Customers are contacted and have 14 days to respond.

  2. Re-shipment Options: Additional shipping fees apply.

  3. Restocking & Resale: After 45 days, items may be restocked, resold, or donated.

  4. No Refunds: Store credit may be issued at our discretion.

  5. Responsibility Disclaimer: We are not responsible for unclaimed packages due to incorrect addresses or missed deliveries. Always track your orders and contact us promptly for issues.
