In the event of a return, please take the time to fill out the back of your receipt along with the return. We would like to know the reason for the return so we can better serve our customers. When initially trying on your Angel Brinks fit, please try them on delicately. We inspect each and every single item before they are shipped, as they are carefully hand folded one by one, with gloves. The more careful you are trying them on, the less issues can arise. We no longer will be processing refunds as of January 2014. However, a gift card is given to you and never expires (unless you use it). If you return your order, and already have an exchange in mind, please let us know in your return slip or by calling and when your item(s) is returned, we will ship your exchange with complimentary shipping!
Please note: Discount codes cannot be applied to exchanges. You have the option to choose store credit, where you can apply that code on a brand new order.
Any orders that include measurements, or custom names cannot be cancelled. Even if the order hasn't shipped yet. 99.99% of the time the item is already cut according to the measurements provided as well as names being made on clothing or jewelry. Upon purchasing please make sure you read our policy before checking off the "terms and conditions" at checkout.
Upon returning your item, please follow these guidelines:
1. Please make sure the item has not been worn, and all tags are attached. We sell out of our items so quick that there is someone else most probably wanting what you are returning. In some cases this may have happened to you. So we ask that you return the item nicely so that another customer can buy a non-used/worn item.
2. Your package must be postmarked within 7 business days after receiving the item from Angel Brinks Fashion (which can be determined from tracking your item).
3. When shipping your return, please return the package with USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Tracking is important to prove you shipped it back. USPS also offers free envelopes with Priority Mail.
Please allow up to 2 business days to process your return. We receive our mail in the evening, so it may take the following business day to start the process.

It must not be worn, altered or damaged. In the event of a return, shipping and handling charges of returned merchandise are not refundable.
If we happen to ship the wrong item, please send us a photo (you can upload it when you are processing your return by clicking on the RETURN link at the bottom of the website. We will email you a return label and cover the shipping back to us.
Shipping & Handling
Please allow up to 5 business days to process an Angel Brinks Collection item (Pre-orders excluded). A lot of times your order may ship in 1-2 business days upon ordering but we ask for up to 5 business days to be safe, as some items are made upon order. A lot of orders may be custom, and we can not rush perfection. If you require RUSH shipping, there may be an additional production fee along with an additional shipping fee by the carrier of your choice. Please keep in mind we cannot control rush delivery fees by the shipping carrier. All RUSH orders should be called in first to confirm accuracy of inventory. Please do not order rush items without consulting with one of our associates. We need to confirm it can be done before you purchase to avoid disappointment or your funds being held. Being that we are online and considered 24 hours, it can be possible for inventory to not be completely accurate. Our regular standard shipping is Priority Mail by USPS, 2-3 business day delivery (including Saturdays) AFTER we ship your package. The shipping fee added to your cart includes, the weight of the product, tracking number confirmation, shipping and handling. Please note that AngelBrinks.com is not responsible for any potential delay after item has been sent as it is provided by the carrier and may vary with package origin and destination. The selection of shipping options are available to you upon checkout.
The website is equipped to process international orders. Most destinations will be offered a standard and an express option. Some countries only offer the express option. We're happy to say all fees including duty fees are applied in the price displayed at checkout.
If you require anything custom such as size or design, please call (323) 455-2336 for a consultation. All custom orders or sizes, can take up to 5 business days (Pre-Orders excluded) to produce. Shipping is still 2-3 business days after that. For all RUSH orders please call in. Most custom orders are just that, CUSTOM. Please understand that we do our best to accommodate them, so please do your best to provide accurate measurements. We can not honor exchanges or refunds on a custom item, once you sign a custom form. Simply because the order may be a custom design that was your request and not ours, or a custom size that would be merely impossible to find another’s interest or re-sell. Custom orders may not be returned or refunded whatsoever. Custom Orders include, any changes to a design we offer, whether it's a change in the pattern or a different choice of color or print we don't offer in that style.
Pre-Order items generally can take an estimated time of 15 business days before it ships out. This has no relation to your desired or selected shipping method. To rush a pre-order with a fee, we will cut your wait time to 7-10 business days of production time. This is called our VIP List. Sometimes, we may already have your size ready to ship right away, please call us first to check in the store. Please keep in mind, pre-order items are made in bulk at our sister facility, once your order is placed, your outfit is reserved and canceling this order due to you not reading our policy before you ordered, is unacceptable. If you pay RUSH on a Pre-Order item, you have 24 hours to cancel the order, or you will be charged a 10% restocking fee and you will not be refunded your rush payment. Once production time is started on a pre-order item, the process can not be undone. If you want to cancel a non rush Pre-Order item, you have 48 hours to cancel or you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. When you place your order, the size you selected is reserved in a batch of other client's orders. If you cancel, we are left with the size you wanted and could have reserved another size for someone who needed it. If you need to rush a pre-order item after you already placed the order, please call us immediately to upgrade your order to VIP. In some cases, if you decide to rush an already placed order we may not be able to accommodate you after 2 business days.
If you place an order for a pre-order item together with another item from another collection, please expect them to ship together. You have the option to buy them separately, if you buy separately then they will ship separately. Unless stated otherwise, the items will ship when the pre-order is ready. If you have any questions or concerns, always call us to receive immediate attention.
As of November 1, 2014, we have the right and will start charging 10% restocking fees for unforeseen situations caused by a customer. If you decide to refuse a package or "change your mind" after we've already shipped your item, we have the right to charge 10% of the item. If you want to cancel a regular order (non pre-order or boutique) once it was placed, you have 48 hours to cancel or you will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
Dry Cleaning Fee
There will be a dry cleaning fee deducted from your store credit, should the item(s) be returned with make up stains, bodily stains, odor, bronzer, make up, or any type of stains that will be needed to be removed in order to re-sell the item.
Information is collected from a number of places on the web site including customer order and account registration forms. The goal in collecting this information is to make ordering more efficient and your shopping experience more meaningful.
Registration and Ordering
During the order process we will ask you for information including, but not limited to your name, shipping and billing address, phone number, email address, and credit card number. These kinds of personal information are used for billing purposes, to fulfill your orders, to communicate with you about your order, for internal marketing purposes and our site. If we encounter a problem when processing your order, we use the personal information to contact you.
Notice to our Customers
When you place an order, the amount is only authorized until we capture the final amount. On your end, your bank will put the funds on hold. We process all transactions this way because we don't want to collect your funds until we are sure you're approved through our security system and that we can process your order. In the event your item is unavailable, sold out, or your size is sold out or on back order, we will contact you to inform you of your options. At that time, we haven't shipped your item, so we can release the funds back to you. In the event we release the funds, please be aware it's considered a VOID and NOT a refund. Like renting a car, they'll hold your funds until captured, we do the same. Once voided,www.AngelBrinks.com will disappear off your pending transaction, so please don't be alarmed when you don't see a credit back on your account. You won't see a charge or debit. If your item(s) say PRE-ORDER, if this item(s) happens to be available, it will be shipped right away. If not, pre-orders can take anywhere from 14-30 business days, depending on the item.
Product color and quality as seen on a monitor may vary slightly compared to actual items due to photography lighting conditions and individual screen color calibration. Please contact individual vendors directly for questions regarding additional item details.
In regards to Angel Brinks Denim by Vittoria Antionette:
Design: All denim items are handmade, painted, dyed, distressed, and washed. No two items are the exact same. Tie dye is fiber-reactive meaning a chemical reaction takes place between the dye and the fabric. Fabric dye works best on cotton. AB Jeans have at least 2% spandex and occasional polyester blends for a better fitting jean. However, these jeans are more difficult to dye and strip of color.
Fit: Garments are not guaranteed to fit as pictured due to unique body shapes. Garments will appear to have a better fit at the proper size. A larger garment will lay flatter across the hips versus a smaller garment causing tension at the seams. It is recommended to have garments tailored to the proper size for the best fit.
Denim Wash: The item description states garments will vary in color and design because they are handmade. We order large quantities of denim and it is not guaranteed the dye lot will be the exact same each time. Similar to tie dye, slight differences in temperature, dyeing time, and other factors can result in different shades of the same color between different dye lots of identical products.
In the Event of a Chargeback
Once we ship your package and a charge back is filed against the company, we will report you to the FBI for internet credit card fraud which is a serious crime. Please note that your IP address is captured amongst other things, and will trace back to you. The shipping carriers provide very accurate information as well, so please understand that this is NO FRAUD TOLERANCE online store. You may be sent to collections, as it is our right to retrieve funds from fraudulent orders.
In addition to the order and registration forms we may ask you to enter your email address for purposes including but not limited to: to register for a contest; participate in surveys; or to sign up for our email newsletter and special offers. Your participation in a contest is completely voluntary, so you have a choice whether to participate and disclose information to us. We use this information to notify contest winners and to award prizes. We may post on our Site the names and cities of contest winners.
