Custom Orders / Non- Custom / Angel Brinks Collection

If you require any custom apparel, such as custom size or design, please call (323) 455-2336 for a consultation before placing your order. All custom and non-custom orders can take up to 15+ business days to produce (We do not count weekends or holidays); this does NOT include days added for shipping. Time frames are estimated and are NOT guaranteed. You have the option to add “rush order shipping” to your order. Please call our team after placing your order to verify your order has rush order shipping added. Most custom orders are just that, CUSTOM. Please understand that we do our best to accommodate them, so please provide accurate measurements. If your measurements are past the U.S. standard size chart, we reserve the right to charge a production fee for materials. Note: We do NOT honor exchanges or refunds for ANY custom item. Custom Orders include but are not limited to all changes made to the item pictured on the website. This includes changes in the pattern or a different choice of color or print we do not offer on our site. Please keep in mind if we make the item custom-sized, there is a chance you may still need small touch ups because a fitting didn't occur. We do our best to get the item tailored to fit you but if you are not local to our shop, you may still need to take it to your local tailor. If you decide to purchase an item that you have already been advised will not work because of measurements, we reserve the right to refuse any items returned to us. Reminder: We do NOT process refunds or exchanges for ANY custom order.

 ***Please note a Custom Order Fee will be applied. If you paid RUSH on a Custom Order. You have 24 hours to cancel the order or,  you will be charged a restocking fee. You will not be credited your Rush payment. Once production time is started on an item, the process cannot be undone. We give you up to 48 hours to cancel regular orders.***


Restocking Fee

As of November 1, 2014, we reserve the right to charge up to 30% for unforeseen circumstances caused by a customer. If you decide to refuse a package or "change your mind" after we have already shipped your item, we have the right to charge a restocking fee. If you want to cancel a non-custom order once it is placed, you have 48 hours to cancel or you will be charged a restocking fee. If an item is returned damaged in any way, we will charge a restocking fee. If you insist on returning an item that was purchased on sale, we have the right to charge a 30% restocking fee.


Made to Order

Made-to-order items have a non-guaranteed production time of at least 3 to 4 weeks before being shipped out (not including weekends or holidays). Production time has no relation to your desired or selected shipping method. You have the option to add a rush fee to your made-to-order item, which may cut your wait time to an ESTIMATED 7-10 business days of production time. Time frames are NOT guaranteed. Delays may occur. Once your order is placed, if you wish to add our rush option, you will only have 24 hours to call us to add this to your order. Please keep in mind, made-to-order items are produced at our sister facility. Once your RUSH order is placed, that material is reserved and canceling this order due to you not reading our policy before you ordered is unacceptable. If you pay RUSH on a made-to-order item, you have 24 hours to cancel the order, or you will automatically be charged a restocking fee that you will not be credited for. Once production is started, it cannot be undone. If you want to cancel a non-rush made-to-order item, you have 48 hours to cancel or you will be charged the restocking fee. Please keep in mind we DO NOT PROCESS REFUNDS. IF YOU INSIST ON CANCELLING YOUR ORDER, A CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF A GIFT CARD.

***If you purchase a made-to-order item AND other items from another collection in the SAME ORDER, they will be shipped TOGETHER. You have the option to buy them separately, in which case they will ship separately and you may get one before the other. Unless stated otherwise, the items will ship when the made-to-order item is ready. If you have any questions or concerns, please call us before placing your order.***


Dry-Cleaning Fee

There will be a dry-cleaning fee deducted from your store credit if any item(s) are returned with make-up, bronzer, odor, bodily stains, or any type of stains that need to be removed in order to re-sell the item.
