Essence Festival - Styled Missy Elliot

Alongside Angel Brinks Fashion designing custom gorgeous pieces for customers to purchase, we also dress clients for events and shows. This year we were honored to work with the one and only, Missy Elliot. Missy Elliot was asked to perform at the annual Essence Festival held in New Orleans. The festival had over 20,000 people in the audience and icon performers such as Queen LatiFah, Mary J Blige, Brandy and many more! We styled Missy in a custom Gucci outfit with hand placed rhinestones. The dancers were dressed in custom “warrior/graffiti” outfits. The performance was surreal and the talent filled the arena! Missy and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with and we look forward to working with them again in the future!
