Chloe Dao to be Judge for ‘Project Runway Vietnam’

Great news for Houston designer Chloe Dao. She’s just signed a deal to be on “Project Runway Vietnam,” which is a spinoff of Lifetime’s Project Runway with Heidi Klum.
