✍️ Signature Requirement
All packages are shipped with Signature Required to ensure secure, hand-to-hand delivery.
If you prefer No Signature Required, you must:

Complete our Signature Release Form

Email it back before your order ships
(The form is available under FORMS on our website.)
We do not currently offer third-party shipping insurance, which is why signature service is required by default.
🕒 In-Stock Collection

Orders placed before 2 PM PST ship the same business day

🚨 Risk Department Flags
Your order may be delayed if flagged for:

If you choose not to proceed, the order will be canceled.

🌍 International Shipping (Worldwide)
We do offer Shopify Worldwide Shipping, where duties and taxes are automatically calculated and collected at checkout for most countries.

International Shipping Costs

If the actual carrier cost exceeds the collected amount, your paid shipping fee will be applied toward the final charge.
📬 Missed Deliveries
If you miss a delivery attempt:

Carriers usually attempt delivery at least twice

You may also arrange pickup at your local post office or carrier hub

USPS holds packages for 15 days before returning them to sender
If your package is returned to us:

Additional postage will be required for reshipment
Failure to retrieve your package will result in additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
🔏 Proof of Delivery & Lost Package Policy
Angel Brinks Fashion ships all orders using trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL).
Once the carrier marks your package as “Delivered”, this serves as official proof of delivery.
This includes:

Stylized or abbreviated signatures

Digital signatures

GPS-confirmed delivery scans

Delivery to the correct address listed on your order
We are not responsible for:

Packages stolen after delivery

Packages misplaced after delivery

Packages delivered to the correct address but not retrieved
If you believe your package was stolen or misdelivered:

Contact the carrier to open a Missing Mail / Delivery Investigation

File a local theft report if necessary

Check with neighbors, building offices, and mailrooms
We currently do not offer third-party shipping insurance, so we cannot replace packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.
