BOUTIQUE COLLECTIONS

All boutique items are not made, produced, or manufactured by Angel Brinks Fashion. These items are hand picked by Angel Brinks from different vendors. These items are selected by Angel Brinks to her liking to offer more variety for retail fashion. These items cannot be customized, and only come in the sizes shown with the product. Most are ready to ship the same business day! There is no wait on these items unless specified as a pre-order. Bathing suits, lingerie, sale items, in this category are non-returnable under any circumstance.  Please be cautious trying on items with anything sharp that can rip, tear, or damage the item. 

Fit: Garments are not guaranteed to fit as pictured due to unique body shapes. Garments will appear to have a better fit at the proper size. A larger garment will lay flatter across the hips versus a smaller garment causing tension at the seams. It is recommended to have garments tailored to the proper size for the best fit.

Product color and quality as seen on a monitor may vary slightly compared to actual items due to photography lighting conditions and individual screen color calibration. Please contact us directly for questions regarding additional item details.

SHIPPING

 

Standard Priority Shipping ($13.15) 

This selection means you will receive your shipment 2-3 business days AFTER we ship your package. If your package can ship the same day, it will arrive 2 or 3 business days later. If we ship your package 2 business days later, it'll arrive 2 or 3 business days later. And so on, and so forth. 

Priority Expedited Shipping ($22.15)

This shipping amount can mean one of two things. Either, you were charged this amount because you ordered a couple items, or you're expediting your order shipping time. If you ordered one item, and selected this method, we will ship your package sooner than the 5 business day wait. If you were charged this amount because of multiple items, then this is strictly for the weight of the package, and not guaranteed expedited shipping time. However, we will still, and always do our best to ship packages out as fast as we can.

Rush/Overnight Shipping ($45.00 - $65.00, and sometimes higher)

We get a lot of customers who wait last minute to order, and expect us to work miracles. This is the shipping method for you. Not only will you get your package the next business day, but it's guaranteed by the Post Office of your choice (USPS or FEDEX). We guarantee to do our job to ship the package, and they guarantee having your package delivered the following business day. They have either early morning deliveries, or by noon. These packages are mainly signature required packages, and someone needs to be home to sign for it. We ask that you only select this shipping method if you absolutely have to have your package the following business day. So please try your best to order sooner than later. Rushing a package is recommended only for returning customers or customers who are sure of their size. We want our customers to be happy with sizing of our items and have ample time to return/exchange if need be. Angel Brinks Fashion is not responsible for you rushing your order and the selection of your size. If you paid this amount for International shipping, this amount does not apply for rush shipping. This amount is standard pricing for International shipping. We do however, do our best to ship ASAP, selecting DHL at checkout may cost more, but its the absolute best tracking method since some issues can arise with International packages.

RETURNS

All boutique items must be received within 14 days after receiving the package that will determined from the shipping carrier tracking information.

Due to unfortunate experiences, we will now be charging 10% or taking 10% off your credit on all damaged, dirty, warn, items that are returned. Please make sure if you do decide to return an item, you must return the item in perfect condition. Returned items that are not sent back properly cannot be resold if the item returned is damaged. You must try on all items with no make up, bronzer, deodorant, body odor, dirt, or spray tan bronzers. Please be cautious trying on items with anything sharp that can rip, tear, or damage the item. If you do decide to return the item with any of these issues, we have the right to ship it back to you, refuse the shipment, or deduct 10% from the credit on your exchange.

In the event of a return, please take the time to fill out the back of your receipt along with the return. We would like to know the reason for the return so we can better serve our customers. When initially trying on your Angel Brinks fit, please try them on delicately. We inspect each and every single item before they are shipped, as they are carefully hand folded one by one, with gloves. The more careful you are trying them on, the less issues can arise. We no longer will be processing refunds.

Upon returning your item, please follow these guidelines:

1. Please make sure the item has not been worn, and all tags are attached. We sell out of our items so quick that there is someone else most probably wanting what you are returning. In some cases this may have happened to you. So we ask that you return the item nicely so that another customer can buy a non-used/worn item.

2. Your package must be postmarked within 14 business days after receiving the item from Angel Brinks Fashion (which can be determined from tracking your item). 

3. When shipping your return, please return the package with USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Tracking is important to prove you shipped it back. USPS also offers free envelopes with Priority Mail. 

There are 3 ways to process your return:

Easiest Way: Log onto www.angelbrinks.com and at bottom of any page you get on, you'll see at the very bottom right hand corner RETURNS. Click on RETURNS and process your return in 2 minutes!

 

Old Way: Send the receipt back with your exchange, and we'll process it manually for you when we get it. Only draw back is, by the time your return comes back to us, your new selection/size might sell out.

 

Traditional Way: Call us, and we'll process your return for you manually over the phone (323) 455-2336 

 

Please allow up to 2 business days to process your return. We receive our mail in the afternoon, so it may take the following business day to start the process. 

Our regular standard shipping is Priority Mail by USPS, 2-3 business day delivery (including Saturdays) AFTER we ship your package. The shipping fee added to your cart includes, the weight of the product, tracking number confirmation, shipping and handling. Please note that AngelBrinks.com is not responsible for any potential delay after item has been sent as it is provided by the carrier and may vary with package origin and destination. The selection of shipping options are available to you upon checkout

PLEASE DO NOT REFUSE ANY DELIVERY. REFUSED DELIVERIES WILL INCUR THE COST OF THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY PLUS THE RETURN COST. ANY REFUND MADE WILL BE MINUS THE TOTAL DELIVERY AND RETURN COSTS IN THE CASE OF REFUSED DELIVERIES.

Information Collected

Information is collected from a number of places on the web site including customer order and account registration forms. The goal in collecting this information is to make ordering more efficient and your shopping experience more meaningful.

Registration and Ordering

During the order process we will ask you for information including, but not limited to your name, shipping and billing address, phone number, email address, and credit card number. These kinds of personal information are used for billing purposes, to fulfill your orders, to communicate with you about your order and our site, and for internal marketing purposes. If we encounter a problem when processing your order, we use the personal information to contact you.

Notice to our Customers

When you place an order, the amount is only authorized until we capture the final amount. On your end, your bank will put the funds on hold. We process all transactions this way because we don't want to collect your funds until we are sure we can ship your item. In the event your item is unavailable, sold out, or your size is sold out or on back order, we will contact you to inform you of your options. At that time, we haven't shipped your item, so we can release the funds back to you. In the event we release the funds, please be aware it's considered a VOID and NOT a refund. Like renting a car, they'll hold your funds until captured, we do the same. Once voided, www.AngelBrinks.com will disappear off your pending transaction, so please don't be alarmed when you don't see a credit back on your account. You won't see a charge or debit. If your item(s) say PRE-ORDER, if this item(s) happens to be available, it will be shipped right away. If not, pre-orders can take anywhere from 14-30 business days, depending on the item. Please call (323) 455-2336 before you order so we can give you an estimate time of arrival on your desired item(s).

Once we ship your package and a charge back is filed against the company, we will report you to the FBI for internet credit card fraud which is a serious crime. Please note that your IP address is captured amongst other things, and will trace back to you. The shipping carriers provide very accurate information as well, so please understand that this is NO FRAUD TOLERANCE online store. You may be sent to collections, as it is our right to retrieve funds from fraudulent orders.

Email Addresses

In addition to the order and registration forms we may ask you to enter your email address for purposes including but not limited to: to register for a contest; participate in surveys; or to sign up for our email newsletter and special offers. Your participation in a contest is completely voluntary, so you have a choice whether to participate and disclose information to us. We use this information to notify contest winners and to award prizes. We may post on our Site the names and cities of contest winners.
