What Is the Difference Between In Stock, Ready to Ship & Clearance?

All three categories include items that are physically in our warehouse and will be shipped out within 1 business day after your order is placed.
(Delivery time depends on the carrier selected at checkout.)

We separate these categories for easier browsing and category-specific promotions.

🚚 IN STOCK (Ships Out in 1 Business Day)

Pre-made versions of our Made-to-Order styles.
“(IS)” in the title = it’s already made and ships next business day.
If it sells out, it returns to Made-to-Order status.

READY TO SHIP (Ships Out in 1 Business Day)

A curated selection of items already on hand, including exclusives, shoot pieces, and seasonal extras.

🔥 CLEARANCE (Ships Out in 1 Business Day)

Deep-discount items that are physically in stock.
Once sold, they also return to Made-to-Order.

What Does “Made to Order” Mean?

Most Angel Brinks designs are made from scratch once your order is placed.

This allows us to:

  • Use rare, limited fabrics wisely

  • Avoid waste

  • Offer extended sizes

  • Allow customization on select pieces

  • Give every customer the freshest, newest production

Made-to-Order items take up to 15 business days to produce before shipping.

Do You Make Items Based on Event Dates?

No. All Made-to-Order pieces are produced in the order they are received, and we cannot guarantee completion based on personal event dates.

If you need your item sooner, Rush Production may be available — but availability varies based on fabric, workload, and style.

How Does Rush Production Work?

Rush Production is a premium service that moves your order ahead of the standard 15-business-day queue.

Because our sewers work fixed 8-hour shifts and many of our designs require 3–4 hours of hand-embellishing each, the Rush Production fee helps cover:

  • Overtime wages

  • Additional labor needed to complete your item sooner

  • Prioritizing your order ahead of earlier orders

  • Extra staff attention for urgent deadlines

Rush Production is offered strictly to help customers who didn’t order in advance and need their piece sooner than the standard production timeline.

Important Notes:

  • Rush Production speeds up production, not shipping.

  • Expedited shipping must be selected separately at checkout.

  • Rush orders still take an estimated 7–10 business days depending on complexity.

  • Rush is not guaranteed unless pre-approved — fabric and schedule availability may vary.

If you need your item urgently, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether Rush Production is possible for your specific item.

Do I Need Approval Before Selecting Rush?

Yes — we always recommend contacting us first so we can confirm:

  • Fabric availability

  • Production schedule

  • Whether your item qualifies

  • Whether the timeline is realistic

If a customer selects Rush without pre-approval, we will still do our best, but it is not guaranteed.

Can I Customize a Design?

Select Made-to-Order items allow:

  • Longer length

  • More coverage

  • Sleeves added

  • Simple structural changes

  • Basic color swaps (when available)

How Long Does Order Processing Take?

  • Ready-To-Ship / In Stock / Clearance → ships out in 1 business day

  • Made-to-Order → up to 15 business days

  • Custom → varies, typically 15+ business days

Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.

Domestic Shipping Options (US)

USPS Ground Advantage — $15 (1–4 days)

  • Fastest for customers near Los Angeles

  • Includes Saturday delivery

  • Signature required unless waived

USPS Priority Mail — $20 (2–3 days, Mon–Sat)

Reliable and fast for most regions.

USPS Expedited 1–2 Day — $50

Fastest USPS option.

FedEx & UPS (Rates Vary)

If preferred, email support and we will quote options.

All carrier timelines are estimates.
We cannot control carrier delays.

Signature Requirement

All packages ship with Signature Confirmation for safety.

If you want no signature, you must complete our waiver under “Forms” before your order ships.

We do NOT offer shipping insurance at this time — signature protects your package.

Tracking emails are sent automatically once your order is shipped.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes!
As of 2025, our Shopify Worldwide System calculates:

  • Shipping

  • Duties

  • Taxes

All upfront at checkout — no surprise fees at delivery.

Which Carriers Do You Use?

  • DHL (typically 3–7 days worldwide)

  • USPS + local carrier

  • FedEx International (on request)

Do You Cover Duties or Customs Fees?

All required fees are collected at checkout so customers can pay everything upfront.

Are International Orders Final Sale?

Yes — due to international customs and transit restrictions.

We offer exchanges or store credit only.

Sale, clearance, custom, personalized, and worn items are final sale.

🛑 CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD FAQ

Why Was My Order Flagged?

Orders may be flagged for:

  • Mismatched billing & shipping info

  • High-value purchases

  • Suspicious patterns

  • Failed payment attempts

Flagged orders may require verification and will be delayed until resolved.

What If I File a Chargeback?

Filing a chargeback without:

  • contacting us

  • returning merchandise

  • or providing accurate information

is considered fraud.

We will:

  • Provide proof of delivery

  • Provide IP address + transaction metadata

  • Report false disputes

  • Permanently ban the customer

  • Pursue civil recovery if product is kept

Always email us first — we resolve almost every issue without escalation.

If Tracking Says “Delivered” But I Didn’t Receive It

Carriers consider a “Delivered” scan proof of delivery.

If you believe it was misdelivered or stolen:

  1. Contact the carrier immediately

  2. File a Missing Mail / Delivery Investigation

  3. Check with neighbors or building staff

  4. File a police report if stolen

Because fabrics are limited edition.
Once a fabric runs out, the style becomes unavailable or Made-to-Order only.
