Production time for your item can take anywhere from 3-15 business days. Due to the high quality of our items, we don’t keep these delicate items hanging on the racks at risk of getting damaged. Rest assured when you purchase your item you are the only person to try it on first because it was made when you ordered. Please keep in mind you can select the “rush” option to have your production time cut in half.

Shipping and Handling Policy
Please allow 2 business days to process your order. Ready-to-ship items may ship sooner. Most items are made upon order (Angel Brinks Collection & Made-To-Order). We request an estimated of 15 business days or more before shipping out. A lot of orders may be custom, and we cannot rush perfection. If you require RUSH shipping, there may be an additional production fee along with an additional shipping fee by the carrier of your choice. Please note we cannot control rush delivery fees by the shipping carrier. All RUSH orders should be called in first to confirm accuracy of inventory. Please do not order rush items without consulting with one of our associates. We need to confirm it can be done before you purchase to avoid disappointment, or your funds being held. Our regular standard shipping is Priority Mail by USPS, 2-3 business day delivery (including Saturdays) AFTER we ship your package. The shipping fee added to your cart includes the weight of the product, tracking number confirmation, shipping and handling. Free shipping is applied (ONLY in the U.S.) on orders of $500 and up. Once a package has shipped, please note that AngelBrinks.com is not responsible for any potential delay, as it is provided by the carrier and may vary with package origin and destination. Our shipping options are available to you upon checkout. All packages require a signature, unless a release form is filled out and returned via scan/email or fax.
Should we run into a problem where our risk department flags your order, this will delay your order. This happens when something is wrong with the information you provided at the time of checkout. Whether it came up as incorrect billing information, or CVV code, or as a possible fraudulent transaction, we reserve the right to request a Credit Card Authorization form be filled out and sent back to us. Standard Priority Shipping ($15.00-$56.00)
This selection means you will receive your shipment 2-3 business days AFTER we ship your package. Standard shipping is NOT a guaranteed service. Although 95% of the time our customers receive their package in 2-3 business days, USPS standard priority shipping does not guarantee 2-3 business day shipping. For more guaranteed shipping, please select rush shipping.
Rush/Overnight Shipping ($50.00 - $70.00+)
We get a lot of customers who wait last minute to order and expect us to work miracles. If that sounds like you, this is the shipping method for you. Not only will you get your package the next business day after it ships, but it's guaranteed by the Post Office of your choice (USPS or FEDEX). We guarantee to do our job to ship the package, and they guarantee having your package delivered the following business day. These packages are mainly signature required packages, and someone must be home to sign for it. We ask that you only select this shipping method if you absolutely must have your package the following business day. So please try your best to order sooner rather than later. Please note this shipping cost is NORMAL for international orders. We do our best to ship ASAP, selecting DHL at checkout may cost more, but it’s the absolute best tracking method since issues may occur with International packages.
Please keep in mind when selecting overnight delivery with Fed Ex, USPS, or DHL we are not responsible for any problems that may occur should the package not arrive on time. Although they are extremely reliable, anything can happen. We do our part and make sure we get your package to them on time, but we do not work for the shipping carriers, so we are not responsible for their mishaps. If a problem should occur, we will assist you in every way that we can, but we advise you call the shipping carrier first.
Our website is equipped to process international orders. However, depending on the weight of the product, item quantity, and location, prices may vary. If this should happen, whatever you paid for shipping in your shopping cart will be used towards the final shipping amount. Please be sure to provide an accurate email and phone number. Angel Brinks Fashions is not responsible for any duty fees or delays that may occur from international shipping companies.
Our policy states that we do NOT OFFER REFUNDS. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer exchanges and store credit to use at a future time (it never expires). Items purchased on sale are final sale, non-returnable.
In the event of a return, please take the time to fill out the back of your receipt to be sent back to us with your return. We would like to know the reason for the return so we can better serve our customers. We inspect every single item before they are shipped, as they are carefully hand folded one by one, with gloves. The more carefully you try it on, the less likely there are to be issues. We will not accept and have the right to refuse any item(s) that are dirty, worn or damaged. If the exception is made we have the right to charge a 30% RESTOCKING FEE/DRY CLEANING FEE. Please allow up to 2 business days to process your return. We receive our mail in the evening, so it may take the following business day to start the process.
If you return your order and already have an exchange in mind, please let us know on your return slip or by calling our shop at (323)455-2336. We only except returns on items that you pay full price for (this excludes all sale items).
All MASKS, BATHING SUITS AND UNDERGARMENT sales are final. These are NOT eligible for exchange or store credit. All items purchased on SALE items are final.
When you return your item(s) to us, we will ship your exchange with complimentary first-class shipping, which may take up to 7 days with no signature required (only applicable to U.S. orders). You have the option to update your shipping for exchanges if you would like.
Please note discount codes CANNOT be applied to exchanges. If your original order was placed with a discount code, you have the option to choose store credit, where you can apply that code on a brand-new order.
Any orders that include measurements or custom names cannot be cancelled or returned, even if the order hasn't shipped yet. Once production begins, the item is cut according to the measurements provided, as well as names being made on clothing or jewelry. Upon purchasing, please make sure you read our policy before checking off the "terms and conditions" at checkout.
Upon returning your item, please follow these guidelines:
Please make sure the item has not been worn, and all tags are attached (we will charge a restocking fee for no tag).
Your package must be postmarked within 7 days after receiving the item from Angel Brinks Fashion (which can be determined from tracking your item). If for any reason we make an exception for that return after the 7th day, you will be charged a restocking fee.
When shipping your return, please return the package via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Tracking is important for proof of return. Note: USPS will provide a free envelope with Priority Mail.
If for any reason, there is an exception made to allow a final sale item to be returned for store credit or exchange of a new item, you will be charged a restocking fee. For final sale items, you are only allowed to return the item for the next size up or down IF the item is in stock at that time.
Sale items does not apply to exchanges. If you want to process an exchange, you will be charged the original price of the item, not the previous sale price. If you want the sale price, you will need to place a brand-new order.
Shoes must be unused and must not show any signs of wear.
